How To Relax, Meditate, and Manage
Stress
Students will learn effective methods for
relaxing and managing stress, for self-application in a variety of
everyday life situations and conditions. They will have the
opportunity to try these methods in class to note which are most
well-suited to them and their particular situation. The benefits of
stress management and relaxation are greater health of the body and
psyche, the enhancement of satisfaction and productivenes in life,
and the increase in contribution to the health and welfare of

Improving Intuition and
Insight
Students will learn what the difference
between intuition and insight is, and what can be done to foster a
greater experience of both of these, as well as how to integrate them
into daily life in a responsible and helpful manner. The benefits of
increased intuitive and insightful experience are a more effective
application of wisdom to decision-making and creativity, for the
purpose of enhancing the quality of life of both oneself and others,
in private as well as occupational settings. (Listed in

Letting Go of Bad Feelings
Students will learn to identify the
differences between fear, anger, depression, grief, and guilt, and
will learn underlying causes for these emotions as well as what they
can do to foster their resolution psychologically. The benefits of
understanding why one feels such as one does, and what one can do to
bring resolution of difficult feelings is of value in living a more
productive, as well as happier and healthier life, both
intrapersonally and interpersonally. (Listed in the
